ANNOUNCEMENTS

ISO AUDIT

Updated 2019

In October of 2019 we received our yearly audit review. Congratulations to the entire Allpak family for their continued work in maintaining our ISO certification!

Obtaining an ISO 9001:2015 certification takes the effort & persistence of an entire organization. Both our Renton and Cheney facilities have demonstrated ISO9001:2015 compliance and are hence both certified. That is a direct result of the entire chain of command following processes & documented procedures. We take pride in our ISO certification, and remain a professionally collaborated manufacturing facility!!

Hiring For Heroes

At Allpak we support our military and their families! On Feb 21st, we attended a hiring event at the Washington National Guard Readiness Center called “Hiring for Heroes”. We are an Employer Supporter of Reservists and their spouses.

AIB CERTIFIED

Allpak Container proudly announces that both our Renton and Cheney facilities have been certified to AIB International’s rigorous requirements for food contact packaging.

Founded in 1919, AIB International’s globally recognized standards for inspection are key requirements that facilities must meet to prove their products are wholesome and safe.

At Allpak Container, we are committed to providing packaging and display services designed to meet all of our customers’ needs, and this AIB Certification reflects our resolve to continually be a leader in our industry.

ENVIROSTARS RECOGNITION

We are an EnviroStars green business with a Tier 3 Champion Level!

Corrugated is our main raw material. All scrap from die-cutting operations is captured and compacted into bales.  Other miscellaneous corrugated and paper waste is also collected and picked up by a reputable recycling service. Plastic items such as banding straps, shrink-wrap, containers and bottles are also collected, and a recycling clerk monitors to ensure all recycling is gathered appropriately and is picked up by the recycling service. Foam scraps are placed in a dedicated dumpster managed by a specialized recycler. Allpak also recycles wood waste from pallet refurbishing activities, metal waste from facility maintenance activities, and all electronic waste.
